Panera Experience

Panera Bread may have an expensive price on their food, but they sure do make eating there a memorable experience. The restaurant on Bechtle Avenue in Springfield, Ohio provides a place where you can get delicious food quickly, in a clean and comfortable atmosphere, with utmost friendliness and service.

Although Panera isn’t really a full service dine-in type restaurant, as soon as I sat down with my friends, an employee cleaned the table off. Also, throughout the meal, workers made sure everything was okay including the manager of the restaurant asking how everything was.

The restaurant is very organized with the seating area and ordering area. There are a variety of places to sit, with different types of tables and chairs that provide room for a variety of crowds. With that, there order and pick-up system seems to be well designed as the pick-up area is far away from the order area to eliminate combustion.

Everyone seemed to respect the environment as I saw people put their trays away. Everything was clean and neat due to the mutual respect amongst customers and workers.

There is good lighting with multiple colored walls and calm tranquil colors that creates a homey feeling for the customers. The classical music and fireplace added to that homey feeling and really made me feel in a comfortable environment.

All of this talk about the environment. What about the food. Well, my Italian sandwich was nothing short of unbelievable. The perfect amount of meat and condiments was on it and I truly enjoyed every single bite of it. After I was done eating, I thought about how great an experience eating at Panera was from start to finish.

With a very wide target audience including males and females and anyone from the high school age to much older, Panera really has it down to a science.
